Estrella Vineyards began with a simple conviction: that the best wines and breads come from taking time — letting grapes ripen on the vine, letting dough rise naturally, letting flavor develop without shortcuts.

Nestled along Mora Avenue in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley, our estate sits at the intersection of sun-drenched vineyards and artisan kitchens. Each harvest is hand-selected, each batch is recorded, and every product carries the quiet confidence of something made without compromise.
